iGiveCatholic Giving Day - Tuesday, December 1

#iGiveCatholic

Giving Day

SAVE THE DATE!

Tuesday, December 1, 2020 Midnight to 11:59 p.m.

#iGiveCatholic is an online giving event for people across the nation (and the world!) to come together to raise as much money as possible for Catholic parishes, schools, and ministries on one day: #GivingTuesday, December 1, 2020.

On the Tuesday following Thanksgiving, the Catholic Foundation of New Orleans is hosting our country’s online giving day for Catholics: iGiveCatholic. Secure, tax-deductible donations will be accepted at:

iGiveCatholic 2020

The good news is that all funds donated on that day on behalf of our school will go directly to St. Charles Catholic’s United in Faith Capital Campaign.  The funds collected will be marked for the student outdoor area as well as to pay for our wonderful school facility improvements.

Parents, we realize that you give all year long, but we are asking that you consider a least a $100 gift on this day and that you spread the word to alumni, grandparents, friends, and neighbors who believe in Catholic education and would like to help SCC remain the spiritual and educational leader in the River Parishes.

We are strongly encouraging all parents who have not yet given to our United in Faith Capital Campaign to prayerfully consider making an on-line donation on December1.  If every St. Charles Catholic High School family gives $100, we will raise just over $30,000 in just 24 hours. You can watch our fund-raising efforts live on December 1 at igivecatholic.org.

To sum it all up, Friday after Thanksgiving is known as “Black Friday.”  Monday following Thanksgiving is known as “Cyber Monday.” Not as well known, but very important, is that the Tuesday following Thanksgiving is known as “Giving Tuesday.”

Thank you for being a part of the St. Charles Catholic High School family.  Follow us on Facebook so you can share in the excitement of our day of giving and remember to give Catholic on Tuesday, December 1, 2020.
