The Lady Comets had a tough stretch of practice days this past week. They have been working hard toward one goal, which is to play on the last day of the season.

On Saturday, April 23, the Comets competed in the Quarterfinal game and Senior Night against Pope John Paul ll. The seniors were recognized for everything they have done for the SCC Softball program. The team was able to shut their competition down in the first inning by scoring 10 runs. They continued to apply pressure until the end. The whole lineup contributed to the win. The Comets will travel to Broussard, Louisiana on Friday, April 30 at 4pm, to play in the Semifinal game. If the Comets accomplish victory, they will turn around and play again on Saturday, April 31st at 12pm. Good luck ladies!!
