The Lady Comets' game against Live Oak has been moved to Friday April 1, 2022. This week, the Comets took on District opponent South Plaquemine. The team was able to shut them down quickly in only 3 innings. The final score was recorded, 15-0. Kamryn Cancienne and Dani Aucoin shared the ball in the circle. The pitchers allowed no runs in 3 innings. 

On Saturday, the Lady Comets competed in the Archbishop Chapelle round robin. Their first opponent was Northlake Christian. The Comets won the game 4-1. Big hits from Adrienne Arnett came in clutch to help the Comets to victory. Kamryn Cancienne threw, striking out 10, and allowing only five hits through seven innings. After this big matchup, the Comets turned around to play Chapelle right after.  After only scoring one run through 6 innings, the Comets finally brought some runs across in the top of the seventh. The final score was 6-2. This week, the Comets will play in the district tournament! Good luck ladies!!
