The Lady Comets softball team is finally in action! After the first week of this season, the Comets are 5-1. They have defeated Covington (10-4), Pearl River (15-0), Plaquemine (13-0), South Lafourche (15-2), Terrebone (17-0), and the team took a loss to Central Catholic in their last game on Saturday, February 26. The Comets have been playing outstanding on offense. They are being led by seniors, Hannah Brady, Madison Hebert, and Dani Aucoin, Sophomores, Rylee San Andres and Mia Ganote, and eighth graders, Adrienne Arnett, Aliyah Manson and Kamryn Cancienne. Kamryn Cancienne has also been pitching for the Comets. She is a tough, determined individual, who will push as hard as she can to take her team to a victory. Congratulations Lady Comets!
