2021-2022 Registration, Tuition Payments, Bank Loan, Financial Aid
The First Bank and Trust portal will open on March 2, 2021 for families who wish to apply for the Champion of Catholic Education (CCE) through the Office of Catholic Schools. If you submit an application for CCE during this period, you will not need to submit another application for consideration of tuition assistance from St. Charles Catholic High School (SCC). However, if you miss the deadline of March 15, 2021 to apply for CCE, you may still submit an application for tuition assistance from SCC beginning on March 22, 2021.
Financial aid applications for the 2021-2022 school year will be a completely online process. Only those families who have fully completed the 2021-2022 registration process will be able to apply.
St. Charles Catholic High School is committed to helping families enroll their children in a Catholic school. Therefore, the school has a limited amount of funds budgeted for tuition assistance. First Bank and Trust (FBT) is the financial aid agency partnering with St. Charles Catholic to provide a confidential and independent financial analysis to assist SCC administrators in determining financial aid eligibility and need.
Parents may begin the application process Monday, March 22, 2021. More detailed instructions can be accessed online. The online application must be completed with all required attachments by Monday, May 17, 2021 at noon. There will be no applications taken after the May 17, 2021 deadline for tuition assistance.
Tuition assistance award notification will come directly from the school in June 2021. Any Tuition assistance awarded will be reflected in an adjustment (credit) to the tuition/fee order in your FBT online account, as well as to your loan account (if applicable). If you have paid your tuition and fees in full prior to the adjustment, a refund will be issued in July 2021.
