2018-2019 Registration, Tuition Payments, Bank Loan, Financial Aid
Financial aid applications for the 2018-2019 school year are now available to those families who have fully completed the 2018-2019 registration process.
St. Charles Catholic High School is committed to helping families enroll their children in a Catholic school. Therefore, the school has a limited amount of funds budgeted for tuition assistance. First Bank and Trust (FBT) is the financial aid agency responsible in determining the need of each applicant. FBT specializes in determining a family’s need. They make a strictly confidential objective judgment of “need.” The FBT form is linked below and must be completed with all required attachments by Friday, May 18, 2018 at noon. There will be no applications taken after the May 18, 2018 deadline for FBT tuition assistance forms.
The FBT Tuition Assistance Form is located on the FBT’s main website. Click here www.fbtonline.com then go to the left side of the home page on the site where you will see the “Tuition Online Box.” Then, click the new link titled “Apply for Financial Aid.”
Tuition Assistance letters of approval will be mailed by June 13, 2018 to parents. Tuition Assistance will be reflected in an adjustment to the tuition/fee order in your FBT online account and the adjustment will be noted.
