School Advisory Board

Mission

The mission of the School Advisory Board is to help St. Charles Catholic High School  to prepare students spiritually, academically, and socially to assume responsible and productive roles in society while living out the values of the Gospel.

The purpose of the Board is to advise the Principal in matters relating to the school. The Board helps promote and understanding and communication of the school’s mission. They give advice on policy development, financial matters, public relations/marketing, development/fundraising, assessment and any other matters requested by the Principal. It is understood that the Board serves strictly in an advisory capacity and the Principal is not bound by any recommendation offered by board members.

Persons who are interested in serving on the Board must be willing to give of the time and energy for the betterment of Catholic Education and show an interest in the continued success of St. Charles Catholic High School.  The Board is comprised of 8-10 members who are alumni, parents, grandparents, donors, and members of the community.  The Board typically meets 5-6 times per year.
