Hello Comet Family! Our Homecoming Football Game & Alumni Cook-off is scheduled for Friday, October 24, 2025.
We can’t wait to welcome our alumni back to campus.
For our 77th anniversary, we have extra entertainment and more special guests than ever before. Save the date and join us to celebrate all things Comet Country!
Come early to enjoy live music from Trey Morgan from 4pm to 6:30pm, the homecoming motorcade at 6:20pm, and great food in the stadium. Go Comets!
Homecoming 2024
Our 2024 Homecoming game was a display of Comet Pride with our Alumni Cook Off and Homecoming Court. It was a beautiful night in Comet Country!

Homecoming 2020
Our October 30th Homecoming Game was an evening of community. Our alumni and our Homecoming Court representatives took the field as we celebrated their accomplishments and made new memories while practicing an old tradition here at SCC.
Congratulations to Lyric Williams, our Homecoming Queen, and Lauren St. Martin, our Maid of Honor. Alumni representatives included Ty Monica, Gabriel Delatte, Brian Beadle, Jeep Barrios, Kameron Keller, Justin Jase, Drew Prejean, Daniel Bosco, Justin Dubose, Kyle Faucheux, Joe Chiarella III, Robert Newsome Jr., Rene Barre, and Lorick Williams Jr. Our 2019 Homecoming Queen, Kirstin Wilson, returned as well to crown our new Queen and celebrate SCC with us!
Thank you to everyone who made the evening so special and memorable. We can't wait for our next alumni event in the Spring semester!
