The All Star Foundation Scholarship

Two scholarships winners will be awarded $1000.00 towards their SCC tuition at the end of January each year. The goal is for the scholarship to cover some of the cost of attending St. Charles Catholic High School.  One male and one female are recognized each year.

Todd P. Trosclair graduated from St. Charles Borromeo High School in 1977.  He is now CEO of All Star Electric, Inc and founder of the All Star Foundation. Living out the American dream of owning his own company, Mr. Trosclair firmly believes his success is attributable to education and strong, dependable teamwork.    This scholarship is a way for Mr. Trosclair to assist active, hard-working and involved students with their high school tuition.

To apply, applicants must be a current St. Charles Catholic High School student.  The student must have completed at least one full semester at SCC.   The student must be participating in and must continue participation in at least one activity where he/she may earn “letterman” status.

The criteria used in awarding this scholarship focus on the demonstration of the student’s development of the mind, body, and spirit.

  1. Academic Record
  2. Demonstration of involvement in extracurricular activities in which “letterman” status may be earned.
  3. Demonstration of Catholic values as seen by involvement in the church, SCC, and community.

The winners will be announced each year at the schoolwide Mass in January.
