Mr. Mark Williams, Associate Superintendent for the Archdiocese of New Orleans joined us at SCC to help us recognize a very important person to our school. He stated,

It is my great honor to be here this morning and introduce to you SCC’s Alumnus of the Year: Dr. Andrew St. Martin.

Congratulations on being recognized among those honored as a Distinguished Alumni of the Archdiocese of New Orleans.  We recognize you as part of a select group who have made outstanding contributions to the Church, local, state, or national entities, your alma mater, and your chosen field through service and support.

Thank you for serving as a role model for others, especially our current students, demonstrating the importance of a firm foundation and making a difference in the world.

In recognition of your accomplishments, please accept this certificate in appreciation for being selected by your alma mater, SCC, as the most recent Distinguished Alumnus.  Archbishop Aymond, the Archdiocese, and your school principals, past and present, thank you for your support of Catholic education.

Our principal, Dr. Courtney Millet and our Director of Alumni, Carly Flynn presented Dr. St. Martin with a plaque, alumni pin and a Clay Creation of St. Charles Catholic High School.

Dr. St. Martin serves as the Comet team doctor and has given reflections at many of our student retreats over the years. He is leads our Chapel prayer service on the first Friday of every month as well as supports many projects at SCC. Dr. St. Martin also plays the awesome role of Comet Dad!
