Wayne A. Stein Jr., P.E. Department Head and Science Teacher. It's his 18th year at St. Charles Catholic. As a Comet alumnus, Stein earned his Bachelor’s degree in general studies with a concentration in behavioral sciences from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He is a proud husband of Christine and father of Drei (8), Charlie (4), and Oaklyn. He is the head football coach and head baseball coach. Coach Stein led the football program to a State Championship and the baseball program to its second State Championship in baseball in 2021-2022. “ I would hope to accomplish the effect my teachers had on me while attending SCC.
